Working with clients and teaching others
This is a summary, not a full translation or a separate agreement. Read the complete Russian offer before accepting it. The Russian text governs, including payment, refunds, access and all other terms. Earlier contracts retain their agreed edition; this page does not replace them. The archived English translation of edition 4 is historical, not the current offer.
1. The main course: paid client services
After learning the relevant part of the main course, you may use the acquired skills to provide paid services to clients. This includes the classic method using oils and the professional method using finished proprietary serums, to the extent included in your purchased program.
You may use the educational oil formula taught in the course to prepare a mixture for your own work with clients. Expiry of platform access does not itself prevent continued use of the skills you have learned. Permitted practical use of confidential know-how continues for its protected term. No additional royalty is charged for this permitted client work.
Client-facing handouts, questionnaires, consent forms and templates designated for client use may be downloaded, filled in, adapted, printed and sent to your clients, including after access expires. This does not permit resale of the school's library or disclosure of closed training content.
2. Teaching requires separate instructor authorization
The main course does not authorize you to teach the school's program, share its confidential formula or protocols, sell its lessons, run workshops based on its protected materials, or represent yourself as an authorized school instructor. This applies even without using the school name. Independent activity based on public knowledge, without the school's confidential materials or branding, is not prohibited.
Teaching rights are documented separately after the instructor program, required tests and assignment review, confirmation of the agreed Svetlana program, and Guzal's final written approval. The right holder's authorization specifies scope, permitted materials, term and branding rules. Purchase or access alone is not authorization.
The educational oil formula may be taught after instructor approval only if expressly included in the individual terms and authorization. Existing signed instructor agreements are not replaced by this summary.
3. Finished serums are not their manufacturing formula
The manufacturing composition and production technology of the school's proprietary serums remain confidential and are not transferred. Learning to apply a finished serum does not grant access to its manufacturing formula. Making and selling mixtures based on the closed educational oil formula as standalone products requires separate agreement.
Confidentiality does not cover public information, independently and lawfully obtained knowledge, or disclosure required by law. Required client information about product safety must not be withheld.
4. Scope and local requirements
Only the content included in your purchase is provided. Mention of the professional course does not automatically unlock it for earlier purchasers. The introductory mini-course is not the practical main course and does not grant access to its confidential formulas.
School permission and a course certificate do not replace local requirements for qualifications, business registration, equipment, products or licensing of the actual services you provide. Please clarify these requirements in the country where you work.
